Overall, a great stat and we would return. Positive: Great location and generally well equipped. Good value for money. Negative: Could do with a deep clean (walls etc), it smelt quite musty inside, could do with more kitchen crockery (mugs and bowls)

Nice house good host ,just needs a tidy. Positive: Good location for us comfortable,host was good. Negative: Garden needs a tidying,no air conditioning upstairs but I think that’s a New Zealand thing,slow draining on upstairs shower but overall ok.

I’ll stay here again but only if the owner addresses the maintenance issues I raised Positive: Location, kitchen facilities and the fact that it was roomy. Negative: 1. Lawns needed cutting. Washing line unusable due to vegetation growth. 2. TV had no free to air channels. This is free a standard in most accommodations. Disappointing. 3. Electrician needed to check electrical circuits. We had a circuit of lights go out including the wifi on our last night of our stay. 4. In general the property needs to have some maintenance particularly on the outside as it looks untidy and unkempt.

Positive: This was a great house, very central to everything and was a great set up for a family with older teenagers. Nice quiet neighbourhood for a weekend stay. Negative: Could do with a Roasting dish or oven dishes, but otherwise all facilities were really good.

Dirty, rotten fish Negative: Rotten fish in conservatory, dirty everywhere, hard uncomfortable beds. Weird drug substance in kitchen cupboards. Rubbish on floors, on windows sills and cob webs and dust everywhere. Mould in bathroom and showers. When contacted owner, they claimed they cleaned it before we arrived which is a complete lie, took photos day i arrived and have reported to booking.com
